18 Weeks

Routine Doctor's Appointment

Jason and I went to the doctor again today for our routine doctor's appointment. I have gained 9 pounds since my first doctors appointment and 5 pounds of that in the past 4 weeks. The doctor said everything looked and sounded good. We get to go back July 25th to find out the sex. I am so excited. This is the appointment I have been waiting for the whole time. Will we be painting the nursery pink or blue???

Everybody has been asking us if we have names picked out yet. We have had names picked out since we got married. We have always said we want to use family names. So if Baby Terrillion is a boy we are going to name him Grant Davis. Grant is Jason's Grandfather's middle name and Davis is my Dad and Brother's middle name. If Baby Terrillion is a girl we are going to name her Eva Claire. Eva was my Great Grandmother's first name and Claire is Jason's Grandmother's middle name. I love the thought of being able to tell my child who he/she was named after and why we chose their name.

TUMMY SLEEVES!

So finally after weeks of looking I finally found some maternity pants that fit. They are the most comfortable pair of pants I have ever owned. I jokingly told Jason that even if I was not pregnant I would wear them. I also found the BEST invention ever, TUMMY SLEEVES!!! They are awesome. They allow you to wear your normal pants unbuttoned and unzipped without falling down.

So finally after looking, looking and more looking we found the perfect crib.

Clothes Shopping

Jason and I went clothes shopping for me today. All my pants are to tight for me now. I guess I am in that in between size. I tried going up a size and that did not work. They fit me in the belly but, they are to big for me everywhere else. Maternity pants are to big for me all around. I am going shopping with my mom Tuesday. Hopefully I can find something then.

Heart Beat

My mom went with Jason and I to the doctor's appointment today. We got to hear the heart beat. Dr. Brown said it was really strong and everything sounded good. He said by the sound of things I would probably feel Baby Terrillion moving in just a few weeks. I am so excited. My next doctor's appointment is in 4 weeks. Then I schedule an appointment 2 weeks after that to find out what Baby Terrillion is. I could be totally wrong but, I just have a feeling Baby Terrillion is a boy.
